STEP 1 SESSION DESIGN CONSULTATION

Pregnancy is a beautiful and transformative journey, and your maternity photoshoot should reflect the grace, elegance, and excitement of this special time. At our in person or phone styling meeting we collaborate to create the perfect look for your photoshoot, ensuring that you feel confident, comfortable, and radiant. We’ll explore your ideas and expectations in detail, turning your vision into an enchanting reality.

We will explore a variety of wardrobe options, including custom gowns, delicate lace pieces, flowing fabrics, and accessories that enhance your natural beauty and highlight the uniqueness of your pregnancy.

In addition to wardrobe selection, we’ll also discuss hair and makeup ideas to elevate your maternity session, creating a flawless and polished look that enhances your natural glow.

STEP 2 PHOTOSHOOT DAY

On your special day, arrive at the studio at your scheduled time, where we’ll begin by finalizing your wardrobe selection. You’ll have access to our collection of studio outfits, featuring pure silk fabrics and maternity dresses. If it’s your first session, don’t worry—my goal is to make you feel at ease, beautiful, confident, and empowered. I’ll provide expert guidance on posing to capture every moment perfectly.

STEP 3 VIEWING AND ORDERING

In the next few days after your session, you’ll receive a link to preview your gorgeous images and choose the ones you’d like to have edited. Once your choices are made, I’ll apply my expert editing to transform your photos into flawless, timeless masterpieces.

STEP 4 DELIVERING YOUR FINAL GALLERY

Your professionally retouched images will be ready for you to treasure in 3-4 weeks after you make your selection. Through your private online gallery, you’ll have the convenience of downloading your digital images in the highest quality and sharing them with friends and family.

HOW SOON SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MATERNITY SESSION?

We recommend booking your session at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and ample time for wardrobe consultations, hair and makeup service scheduling and any special preparations you may need.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE MATERNITY PICTURES?

For a maternity session, it’s ideal to schedule your photoshoot between 26 and 33 weeks of pregnancy. This timeframe captures your beautiful baby bump at its fullest, while still allowing you to feel comfortable and relaxed during the shoot.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

Initial Inquiry
Begin by reaching out to us to inquire about availability and your desired session date. You can contact us via email or website CONTACT tab, and we’ll provide you with all the information you need about the experience.

Secure Your Session
To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable initial payment which is 50% of your package price, and signed contract. Please note that I cannot book your photography session date until an initial payment is received and contract signed. The remaining due amount must be paid on the day of the shoot.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING A STUDIO PHOTOSHOOT. WILL YOU ASSIST ME WITH POSING?

Absolutely! I will guide you through every step of the process and provide detailed posing directions to ensure you feel confident and comfortable. My goal is to help you look and feel your best, so you don’t have to worry about posing. I’ll be there to offer support and direction, making sure we capture stunning images that reflect your beauty and style.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY?

If the client decides to cancel session for any reason or does not show up for the photoshoot the initial payment will not be refunded. The initial payment fee can be used towards another photoshoot within 10 months if canceled 5 days in advance. Client can reschedule any portrait session with at least 2 days written (email, text) notice. If you need to reschedule your maternity session due to unforeseen circumstances, simply let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule and find an alternative date that works for you.

DO YOU PROVIDE DRESSES/FABRICS/WRAPS?

Yes. Our studio provides a full wardrobe that includes a wide selection of beautiful sheer pure silks and other fabrics for draping as well as classic gowns, suits and lace robes.

HOW MANY OUTFIT CHANGE CAN WE DO?

The number of looks in the photoshoot directly depends on the package you choose and the number of people participating in the photoshoot.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?

Try not to wear tight underwear and clothing on the day of the session to prevent marks on your skin. Get a manicure and a pedicure a day or two in advance. Avoid any sun burns or experiments with your skin care and hair at least a week prior your session. Professional make up and hair styling is highly recommended to achieve the desired look performed in our portfolio.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY MATERNITY SESSION?

At your styling consultation, we will design your session and make a list of things you’ll need to prepare. As we are a full service studio, you don’t need to worry about bringing many clothing options, but you are also welcome to bring your own personal wardrobe items that hold special meaning or reflect your individual style. If the majority of images you are looking to do are artistic nudes, we recommend bringing less clothes.

It is recommended that you bring:

Nude (skin color) strapless bra
Nude thong underwear

SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT EXTRA WEIGHT (CHIN, ARMS, THIGHS), SKIN IMPERFECTIONS AND STRETCH MARKS?

Absolutely not! During your maternity photoshoot, your focus should be on celebrating the beauty and strength of your pregnancy. Professional retouching is included with your session, so you don’t need to worry about any imperfections like blemishes, stretch marks, or specific body contours.

DO YOU OFFER NEBORN AND FAMILY PHOTOSHOOTS?

Newborn and family sessions are available exclusively by request for our returning clients.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN YOUR STUDIO?

Yes, we absolutely welcome pets in our studio! We understand that your furry family members are an important part of your life, and we’d be thrilled to include them in your maternity photoshoot. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet, so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

You will be sent a private online gallery to choose your favorite images for retouching in a few days after your shoot. It typically takes 3-4 weeks for the final images to be ready.

WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?

Our in-home photo studio offers intimate and private environment for your maternity photoshoot and conveniently located in Katy, TX at I10 and HWY99 intersection.
